In the very heart of Elche's town centre you will find the Huerto del Cura, a melting pot for the love towards the eastern Spanish farmers’s labour and the typical dash of genius that all the inhabitants owe to the beauty of this land. Huerto is the name used in Elche for a plot of land planted with palm trees, irrespective of its size. Each “huerto” is generally named after either its owners or any other historic anecdote attached to it.The Huerto del Cura was named after Chaplain José Castaño Sanchez, the priest who owned it until 1918.

The Huerto del Cura has a very modest size: only 13,000 sq mt with approximately 1,000 palm trees. It can be considered as a vastly populated “huerto” with the indisputable protagonism of the date palms among other typical crops of the area. Apart from the palm trees, the garden is populated with other typical Mediterranean species such as lemon and orange trees, pomegranate trees, carob trees and jujube trees along with other subtropical species gathered throughout the years to create a stunning collection of plants from the most unexpected places.

In this section you can find high resolution logos for the Huerto del Cura Group and National Artistic Garden in RBG and CMYK format, also high resolution representative images from the restaurant as well as flyers and other hotel documents in PDF format.
