The menu at the Els Capellans restaurant is mainly based in the most distinctive Mediterranean cuisine ingredients including the Arroz con Costra (rice dish with meat and beans and a baked egg crust), Arroz Abanda (rice cooked with fish stock and shrimps),  Priest’s Dessert (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), Lobster And Season Vegetables Salad Dressed With Spiced Oil, and  Lobster and Melon Gazpacho (cold vegetable soup) as the hotel’s most typical dishes.
