Manuel Álvarez Giménez was born in Elche, on May 17th, 1974. He was trained at the Santa Pola Hospitality School as well as the Alicante Advanced School (C.D.T).
He took internships at some of the most important restaurants in Alicante province until joining the Huerto del Cura Hotel kitchen in 1998.
Later in 2002 he became the second head chef at the hotel and, owing to his unblemished professional career as well as to the acknowledgement of both clients and superiors alike, he was promoted by the Huerto del Cura Group Management to head chef at the Jardín Milenio Hotel kitchen.
His training continued during several CDT courses on vacuum cooking, confectionery, rices, IT applications, etc.
